How-to wear Speedy Socks 

Speedy Socks must be worn with a direct contact to both the foot and the shoe. Avoid having anything in between to have your maximum grip. If you use a traditional sock over the Speedy Sock it will not give you the effectiveness of the Speedy Sock. Many footballers use their team socks without a foot part on it so they just can slide it over the Speedy Sock. Others cut their game socks and remove the foot part to overlap the Speedy Sock as well. It is not recommended to tape your games socks too low on the ankle because it can restrict your ankle mobility.
