Thank you for shopping with Speedy Socks ( Renzo Expo). We value your satisfaction and want to make sure you have a positive shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Returns

1.1. You have the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with the Swedish Distance and Doorstep Sales Act (2005:59). This right applies only to non-perishable goods that are in their original, unopened, and unused condition. Perishable goods, personalized items, and items explicitly marked as non-returnable are excluded from this policy.

1.2. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at contact@renzoexpo.com to notify us of your intent to return the product. Please provide your order number, contact information, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

1.3. You are responsible for arranging and covering the costs of returning the product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.

2. Refunds

2.1. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 14 days, as required by Swedish law. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

2.2. Please note that we may deduct a reasonable amount from the refund if the product has been used, damaged, or is not returned in its original packaging.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

3.1. If the product you received is defective or incorrect, please contact our customer support within a reasonable time from the date of delivery. We will provide instructions on how to return the product at our expense.

3.2. Once we receive the defective or incorrect product, we will either replace it with a new one or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs you may have incurred.

4. Cancellations

4.1. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
